ABOUT SPANISH WELLS... Spanish Wells is a gated residential community, centrally located in Bonita Springs, Florida, just east of US 41, near shopping, churches, and just three miles from some of the finest beaches Southwest Florida has to offer. Housing within the community continues to be among some of the most affordable in the area, and consists of single family homes, detached villas, and condominiums. There are approximately 1200 residences within the communities which make up Spanish Wells. Many are built around the 27 hole private golf course, offering beautiful lake and golf course views. While several membership options in the Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club are available to all who reside here, membership in the club is not mandatory. While many residents and owners within the community do not belong to the club, all can enjoy the relaxed and friendly lifestyle that prevails throughout Spanish Wells. |
