From the moment you enter through the gates of Spanish Wells, you are going to feel that you are home at last! 

Spanish Wells is conveniently located in Bonita Springs, Florida between Interstate 75 and US 41, just south of Bonita Beach Road, and bordering the Lee-Collier County line.  

You'll experience the unique ambience of Spanish Wells as you enter the community.  It's a tropical paradise with an abundance of flowering gardens, year round colorful blooming bushes and trees, many species of birds and wildlife, fresh water lakes and cascading waterfalls, all surrounded by a border of preserve wooded wetlands. 

A 600 acre gated golf community located in Bonita Springs, Spanish Wells was originally planned with an 18-hole golf course designed by Gordon Lewis.  Today, Spanish Wells is an established community, featuring 27 holes of private golf, a new clubhouse, which opened in March of 2006.

Within Spanish Wells, there exists a variety of housing options, including single family homes, zero lot line villas, condos and coach homes.  While property values within Spanish Wells experienced above average appreciation from 2001 through 2005, there has been some leveling off of this trend during the 2006 and 2007 seasons. Spanish Wells has become a seasonal retreat for many.  Others enjoy year round living under the warm Florida sunshine.  If you've never been to Spanish Wells, you're going to want to consider a visit the next time you come to Southwest Florida.  If you're anything like us, once you've been here, you'll never want to leave!
